- A row per room type, a bar per stay with the guest's name. Several rooms of one type stack.
- Each open night shows its price and how many are left. Change the price, sell fewer online, or close a night, for one day or a whole stretch.
- A phone booking goes on the same calendar, so the website stops selling that room.

Guests look after their own booking.
- They find it with the email and booking ID from the confirmation.
- Outside the cancellation window you set, they cancel and the card is refunded. Inside it, the page says to call or email.
- A request to change dates comes to your inbox. You can still cancel and refund from the desk at any time.
